CCG Delivers Kitchen Renewals For Thenue HA
CCG Asset Management, the planned maintenance division of the CCG Group, has completed a kitchen renewals contract for Thenue Housing Association.
Works were undertaken to 103 properties in the Cranhill and Blackhill area of Glasgow over a three-month period.
The contract has been delivered as part of Thenue HA's ongoing housing stock improvement programme and comprised of the complete removal of all kitchens and replaced with brand new, stylish alternatives. Works also included the installation of new flooring within each property completed within an aggregate period of four days.
Charles Turner, Chief Executive of Thenue Housing, said: "Thenue Housing has a strong track record of not just building new homes but improving our existing ones to provide modern, comfortable properties which people enjoy living in. Our work in Cranhill and Blackhill reflects this commitment and we are delighted that our tenants are pleased with the results."
Robert Gow, CCG Foreman, also said: "The contract for Thenue Housing Association covered a large number of properties within a relatively small postcode region so the influx of activity for residents would have been a challenge at times, however, the protocols we had in place minimised intrusion with the local community being very accommodating. I'd like to thank all residents in the area for their assistance during the contract programme."
Stephen Riley, CCG Asset Management Manager, added: "CCG were delighted to undertake this contract. The quality of finish is of a very high standard and we hope that the residents are happy with the end result. We would like to thank Thenue HA for their continued support and look forward to working together in the near future."
