Argyll and Bute Council have confirmed the new £36 million Oban High School will open later this month.
Pupils will be able to step foot inside their new school following the end of Easter break on Wednesday, 18 April.
Located next to the current school site, the development has capacity for up to 1,300 pupils and was built by Morrison Construction in partnership with the council, hub North Scotland Ltd and the Scottish Futures Trust through the Scottish Government's Schools for the Future programme.
hub North Scotland Chief Executive, Michael Padzinski, said: "We are delighted to have successfully completed this exciting new school in partnership with Argyll and Bute Council.
"The school is an integral part of the local community and provides a modern teaching and learning environment for pupils and staff on their learning journey.
"This project has been achieved through a strong collaborative approach by Argyll and Bute Council and the project delivery team."
Morrison Construction, Managing Director of Building Highlands, Donald Mclachlan, said: "It is wonderful to see this fantastic new education facility completed with teachers and pupils moving in after the Easter holidays.
"Oban High School marks the third school completion of four education facilities we will deliver for Argyll and Bute Council and hub North Scotland.
"Kirn Primary School was officially opened in January, pupils moved into Campbeltown Grammar School in February and excellent progress is being made at Dunoon Primary School."
Cllr Yvonne McNeilly said: "We want the very best for our young people and we want them to succeed in life.
"This wonderful new state-of-the-art high school in Oban will help us to achieve that and will provide our young people with a learning experience where they can succeed.
"This really is a school fit for the 21st Century and I wish all the staff and pupils every success and happiness in their new school."
