Marshall Construction has secured the University of Stirling's Single Multi-trade Principal Contractor framework.
The three-year programme will cover a wide range of work activities including minor works projects, larger refurbishment projects and reactive and planned maintenance activities.
Valued at £4.6 million over the contract period, the framework has an option to extend by up to 12 months and seeks to bring together various building trades into one multi-trade agreement for call off by the University either singularly or in multiples for small (minor works) projects and reactive and planned maintenance activities.
Marshall Construction has previously been working successfully with the University of Stirling for over 20 years.
Alasdair Tweedie, the University's Director of Property Management, said: "We are very pleased to have appointed a local contractor, Marshall Construction, following an extensive European procurement exercise to help maintain our campus, for the benefit of our students, staff and stakeholders.
