Lovell has appointed Stephen Profili as its new regional Managing Director (MD) in Scotland.
With over 23 years' experience in the industry, Mr Profili joins the company following a 16-year spell as a director with CALA Homes.
In his new role, he will oversee Lovell's continuing expansion drive across Scotland.

His appointment, together with the establishment of our new regional leadership team, puts us in a fantastic position to deliver our planned growth strategy in Scotland, while maintaining our core commitment to provide comprehensive new-build housing, housing regeneration and refurbishment services of the highest quality."
Mr Profili said: "I'm delighted to be joining the company as it enters an exciting new phase of planned growth and committed to making the most of the great opportunities coming through."
Elsewhere, Adam Forrest has been promoted from regional operations manager to regional operations director, responsible for the operational delivery of all design and build homes, open market sale homes and contracting work. Sarah Freel is promoted from business development manager to her new position of regional partnerships director for Scotland.
Scott Mercer, previously commercial manager for the region, has been appointed as regional commercial director, responsible for the commercial, financial and legal aspects of the business in Scotland, while Helen Dow has also joined the senior management team as regional sales director for Scotland, promoted from her previous role as sales manager for Lovell in the region.
