Lovell has appointed Stephen Profili as its new regional Managing Director (MD) in Scotland.
With over 23 years' experience in the industry, Mr Profili joins the company following a 16-year spell as a director with CALA Homes.
In his new role, he will oversee Lovell's continuing expansion drive across Scotland.

Elsewhere, Adam Forrest has been promoted from regional operations manager to regional operations director, responsible for the operational delivery of all design and build homes, open market sale homes and contracting work. Sarah Freel is promoted from business development manager to her new position of regional partnerships director for Scotland.
Scott Mercer, previously commercial manager for the region, has been appointed as regional commercial director, responsible for the commercial, financial and legal aspects of the business in Scotland, while Helen Dow has also joined the senior management team as regional sales director for Scotland, promoted from her previous role as sales manager for Lovell in the region.
