The office is located in the B-listed Co-op building on Sylvania Way South.
It will provide residents with a full range of services under one roof, from help with jobs, housing, and benefits to paying council tax and other bills.
The project forms part of a number of new developments being built in the town, including the nearby Queens Quay project, the council's new Aurora House building and the new Clydebank Leisure Centre, which will open in the coming months..

Cllr Patrick McGlinchey said: "It is fantastic to be able to officially open this new facility in the heart of Clydebank Town Centre and in such a well-known landmark building. The new office will give residents every Council service they could possibly need under one roof and in a location that is easy for them to get to.
"When we agreed a few years ago to invest £19m into creating new Council office buildings, improving the delivery of service to our residents was at the forefront of our thinking. This facility is a great example of that commitment."
