CCG is proposing to build 154 new homes on a former industrial site at Riverford Road in the south side of the city.
Designed by MAST Architects, the project will comprise of 55 townhouses and 99 flats with views across the White Cart River to Auldhouse Park.

Subject to planning, CCG expects to be on site in summer 2017.
