CCG has launched a new business to increase the range of services it provides for the Scottish construction industry.
Arc-Tech began trading this summer and offers M&E design services including plumbing, gas and electric installation, off-site manufacturing and expertise in project management.
Its current work programme includes the new National HVDC Centre for SSE in Cumbernauld and a new 54-bedroom care home and activity/support centre for veterans in Paisley.
CCG said the company is expected to generate £4.5 million in its first year, with plans to achieve £15 million in the next four years.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CCG, Alastair Wylie, said the business was established to meet a growing demand for company's to offer "high quality, carefully project-managed building services".
"The new team we have in place have decades of industry experience, and we are confident that this new division will take the CCG Group from strength to strength," he said.
Managing Director of Arc-Tech (Scotland) Ltd, John Gallacher added: "We have a significant work programme for 2016 from existing CCG contracts and will look to establish our presence in the marketplace in 2017, showcasing our experience and first class customer service to the public and private sector."
