Stewart Milne Homes Wins Industry Accolade
Stewart Milne Homes has won an industry award for its Devon Lane development in West Lothian.
The house builder received the Development of the Year accolade at the Herald Property Awards for Scotland in Glasgow on Thursday, 22 September.
A total of 38 new properties were built by the company in the grounds of a 150-year-old farm steading in the village of Winchburgh.
Lorraine Paterson, sales and marketing director of Stewart Milne Homes, said: "We're very proud to have won this prestigious award which recognises our truly unique Devon Lane development in Winchburgh.
