Dan Smith, director at Savills and joint letting agent for Kingshill Commercial Park, added: "This new letting to AIS Group reiterates healthy levels of demand for high specification, new build industrial units in prime locations. The initial phase of speculative buildings is now fully let, and further encouragement can be taken from the number of expressions of interest in the next phases at Kingshill Commercial Park."
