Eco Insulate Ltd are proud to announce that they have received Construction Line approval. Construction Line is recognised as being the leading organisation for bringing together all parties involved in the tendering process and helps to reduce the need for lengthy PQQ's and paper trails.
The organisation required detailed submissions of Eco Insulate Ltd's policies including Training, Equal Opportunities and of course Health and Safety. Suitable references were also sought from clients for whom the company had previously carried out commercial projects. The addition of Construction Line approval will provide potential Clients and Contractors with a reassurance that the company's financial standing is sound and their Health and Safety procedures and insurance cover meet expected standards.
This award reflects the demand for eco Insulate Ltd's services which has led to an excellent start to 2016 with contracts being awarded by Housing Associations and Private clients alike.
Bryan Woods, MD of eco Insulate Ltd said: "Receiving this assessment means that new clients can appoint our company for any spray foam insulation project with complete confidence. I believe we are the only Spray foam contractor based in Scotland that is able to provide independent assurances regarding our sound professional and financial standing. Clients will be able to make use of our services without the prior need to carry out the usual checks as these are now provided through Construction Line."
The first contract to be awarded following this assessment involved a large project on behalf of Scottish Enterprise. This involved the application of over 2000 sq metres of Walltite CL100 to the underside of box profile roof sheeting.
Whilst eco Insulate Ltd and their range of BASF foam materials were specified by the consultants the addition of Constructionline Approval re-assured the Main contractor when appointing them for the contract.
