The Houldsworth Centre was developed by the council alongside NHS Lanarkshire and is located on Kenilworth Avenue in Wishaw.
The centre includes a library, housing office, Municipal Bank, a cafe and a 'First Stop Shop' which provides easy access to council services.

The new building also contains GP and dental practices along with a range of other health services.
The First Stop Shop, Municipal Bank and library are all located together in an open plan area, with private interview rooms available.
Other features include a meeting room with a projector and smart board.
A former health centre building will also be demolished to make space for a two-storey car park with 190 spaces.
This is scheduled to open in March 2016.
