Graham has been selected as the main contractor for two hospital projects in Scotland.
The first contract involves refurbishing the critical care and theatre suites at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.
The building will be redeveloped and have a new purpose built Critical Care Unit (CCU) installed, bringing all critical care services into one area over two floors.
Graham will also renew operating theatres at the hospital, including the redevelopment and upgrade of the theatre block.
Gary Holmes, Regional Director at GRAHAM, said: "GRAHAM Construction has significant experience in delivering modern healthcare facilities and we are looking forward to working closely with NHS Scotland.
"This state-of-the-art facility will be critical to the healthcare needs of the Highlands and will be a fantastic addition to the local health services."
The project is being delivered under the HFS2 Framework, which will distribute design, development and construction projects across Scotland for the NHS over the next six years.
The company has also been appointed as main contractor on the new Intensive Psychiatric Care Unit (IPCU) in Stratheden Hospital in Fife.
The new energy-efficient IPCU, developed within the NHS Fife improvement plan of 'Getting Better in Fife', will provide care for highly-vulnerable patients at the hospital near Cupar.
Facilities will include eight en-suite single bedrooms, space for therapeutic and rehabilitative activities, a communal lounge and dining area, visiting and staff areas, consulting and meeting rooms as well as secure external grounds.
The build will bring additional features to ensure security for patients and staff, using bio-dynamic lighting, nurse call systems, access control and CCTV.
Alan Wilson, Estates Manager for NHS Fife said, "NHS Fife is looking forward to working with GRAHAM Construction in the delivery of this facility and are confident that it will bring great benefits to both patients and staff."
