The information event will allow the local community to view the plans and provide feedback on the proposed school. Members of the design team will also be in attendance to answer any questions the public might have.
The consultation will take place at the Ralston Room, Barrhead High School, on Wednesday 28 January from 3pm to 8pm.

Councillor Elaine Green, Convener for Education and Equalities, commented: "I would encourage local residents to come along, find out what's planned, and give us your comments. It's important that we hear the views of as many people as possible.
"The plans for the new Barrhead High look absolutely stunning – it will be a wonderful school for the pupils, staff, parents and community. I look forward to hearing your views."
In December 2014, it was announced that the new school would be built in Cowan Park, close to the site of the existing building. Work on the new building is scheduled to commence in July 2015, with a completion date of December 2016.
