Redevelopment Of Rothesay Pavilion Progresses

Plans to redevelop Rothesay Pavilion have moved one step closer to reality after it was revealed the Council's application of £900,000 to the Regeneration Capital Grant Fund (RCGF) has progressed to the second stage.

It is understood plans for the pavilion will be submitted for planning and listed building consent soon, while designs will be available to view throughout the summer.

The RCGF provides financial support to projects to allow them to deliver large-scale improvements to deprived areas. It focuses on initiatives that will engage and involve local communities, as well as those that can demonstrate an ability to deliver sustainable regeneration outcomes.
