Operated by Falkirk Community Trust, a number of improvements have been carried out at the gym.
They include:

- 11 new items of strength equipment offering a more varied selection for customers including five new upright cycles and to adaptive motion trainers
- New gym tools that will help customers to progress on to fixed weight machines
- Free weight benches that reflects the growing use in free weights training
- New flooring and decoration to improve the customer experience.
