Free Advice Surgery Announced For Climate Change Fund Grants

A free advice surgery on how community groups can access Climate Challenge Fund grants of up to £150,000 is taking place.

The event is on Wednesday 17 July from 9.30am until 12.30pm in the Cadzow Room in Hamilton Town House.

It is an open invitation for community groups to learn how they can get grants from the Scottish Government's Climate Challenge Fund (CCF) to help them reduce their carbon footprint and improve their community areas.

Event schedule:

9.30am - tea and coffee

10am - presentations: Climate Challenge Fund, Community Energy Scotland and a case study from a currently CCF funded project

10.30am - Q&A session

10.40am - 12.30pm one to one time allocated on the day with a Keep Scotland Beautiful Development Officer to discuss project ideas
