Aberdeen City Council is reminding professionals in the offshore energy and renewables sector there are still opportunities for businesses to be part of Offshore Europe 2013.
Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Council's double-deck pavilion will offer exhibitors the chance to gain international exposure at Europe's premier energy conference.
Offshore Europe 2013 will be held between September 3 and 6 this year.
The City and Shire display will host workshops, meetings and presentations that will endorse the north-east as an area of expertise and innovation in the energy sector.
Gerry Brough, Aberdeen City Council's project director of Economic and Business Development said: "I am delighted that we will once again be hosting delegations from companies including Brazil, as well as from other major cities and businesses across the world, and participating in this major event for the 20th time in 40 years.
"We are very glad to have the opportunity to present the opportunities provided on our stand to local companies and I would encourage all with an interest in the energy industry to come and along and participate."
Belinda Miller, Aberdeenshire Council's Head of Economic Development, added: "Offshore Europe 2013 will attract over 50,000 visitors over four days, and this is a unique chance for small and medium-sized businesses to be at the heart of it.
"The City and Shire pavilion will represent some of the expertise in the North-east, and I would encourage all businesses who want to be linked to our activities to take up this great opportunity."
