The contracts will be carried out over the next three to five years.
The move sees Partick award Carillion its reactive repairs contract for the second time and its gas contract for the first time.

Lynne Donnelly, Strategic Housing Services Manager for Partick Housing Association, said: "A range of further service improvements are planned, including a faster routine repairs response, even more customer-led appointments, energy advice and local employment opportunities including a new handy person service. We are confident that this can all be achieved and more."
