Tenants have moved into a new affordable housing development in Larbert.
Link Group Ltd's 21 two-storey terraced family houses at Kinnaird Village were designed and built by Persimmon Partnerships under the Scottish Government's Innovation and Investment Fund.
The company was allocated £860,000 to build the second phase, after the first phase was completed last year.
The development is the first completed by Link which contains properties available for intermediate rent.
These £400 per month properties are intended for working individuals and households who require housing at less than the normal market rent.
The development is made up of two, three and four bedroom homes with gas central heating and hot water systems, high thermal insulation and double glazing.
New tenant Linda Cornwall told Link she was pleased with her new home.
"I have been looking to move to Larbert to be close to family and my child's local school," she said.
"I was overjoyed when I was told that I successful in getting one of the properties. This has had a positive impact on me and my son and will improve our quality of life. The house meets all our needs and have been advised will be more energy efficient so that's great. We are so happy and I can't thank Link staff enough."
Craig Sanderson, Link Group Chief Executive, said: "Link has worked very closely with Falkirk Council and the new housing will help address the growing need for good quality affordable family homes in the area."
Councillor Gerry Goldie Convener of Housing and Social Care, Falkirk Council, added: "We are fully committed to providing affordable housing in the Falkirk Council area. This is an excellent example of partnership working between Falkirk Council and Link to continue to meet the needs of housing applicants."
