Buy-to-let investors interested in property in Edinburgh are invited to a fact-finding event run by Miller Homes.
It will be held at the company's flagship Varcity South development, Crewe Road South, in the capital on August 16 from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
The event will be supported by local mortgage, rental and tax experts to offer a full information package for experienced investors or those looking to start out.
Edinburgh's universities bring in 100,000 students a year and four million tourists flock to the annual Fringe festival, so Miller Homes calls the capital "a destination of choice".
Anne Marie Britton, Sales Director for Miller Homes Scotland East said: "As demand for rental property grows in Edinburgh, people are keen to get into property investment but don’t know where to start. Our event provides free advice from independent professional advisers in mortgage, rental and tax matters. They will be on hand to offer one-to-one advice, talk through the buy-to-let process and share their knowledge to help potential new investors understand how this could work for them."
Expert advisers at the event will include:
•Independent financial advisers – Life Time Planning
•Taxation experts – Grant Thornton
•Rental agents – Murray & Currie
Miller Homes's sales team will be available to take guests on a tour of the Varcity South development.
The event is free to attend, just email investment@miller.co.uk or call 0870 336 5235 to register your interest.
