Acting on behalf of Landlord Trustees of Elcombe Pension Fund, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has secured leases for a trio of trade and retail units at Inveralmond Industrial Estate in Perth.
The surveyor has let two units, amounting to 5000 sq ft, to Brookbank Canoes, the largest UK supplier of paddle sports equipment, on a 10 year lease at £18,000 per annum with a tenant break at year five and 10 months rent free.
Shepherd has also let the 2500 sq ft unit 4 to Greggs, the retail bakery chain, represented by Mason Owen, on a 15 year lease with breaks at year five and 10 at £10,000 per annum with six months rent free.
Jonathan Reid, commercial partner at Shepherd, said: "We’re delighted to have secured leases for these self-contained trade counter units which come closely on the back of the letting last year to outdoor specialists Bushwear.
"Taken together, these deals offer further welcome evidence of a healthy demand for modern industrial premises in Perthshire. Only one unit now remains available for lease on this now very busy parade."
Inveralmond Industrial Estate is an important and established trading estate serving the Perth area situated along side the A9 western bypass with direct access to the local and national road network.
