Unitek will launch their dual wall system at the homebuilding and renovating show at the SECC Glasgow 19th-20th May.

The Unitek Dual Wall system employs modern but established timber frame techniques along with sustainable and recycled insulation products. The panel design that only requires a single wall of foundation blockwork – this provides substantial savings on the foundation.


The thickness supplied at insulation used can be varied to suit clients and for certified passive houses, combined with air tight detailing and on site experienced team, Unitek can produce the system to suit the project needs.

The Unitek team and consultants have been involved in numerous Passive and Low energy projects and can meet the most stringent of briefs.

The Dual wall system has been uniquely developed to minimise thermal bridging and has passed calculations and on site air tests for the Passive House Planning Package.
