Managing director, Carolyn Donaldson said that Contempo Lettings was embarking on a comprehensive plan to boost its Scottish market share.
“We have five offices at the moment but are determined to grow, building on the company’s extensive experience of letting and property management, and a wide client network,” said Carolyn.

“We are set to expand and we believe a PR and communications’ strategy is an essential part of the way forward for us.
“This is the start of an exciting period for Contempo Lettings and we are pleased that Mike Ritchie Media is now with us as Mike is well placed to give us strategic advice on all aspects of media and PR activity. Already he has given us welcome help and guidance on a couple of issues.”
Mike believes that Contempo Lettings is poised to be a major player in the lettings and property management sector.
“Carolyn has good ideas to take Contempo Lettings forward so she will be available to talk generally and specifically on residential letting issues in Scotland as well as on franchising,” he said.
“The company is keen to become positively engaged with the media and I believe Carolyn will be able to make valued contributions to it.”
