One of the UK and Ireland's leading Building Services Companies, Rotary UK Limited is forecasting major growth for its Scottish business.
Since July of this year, Rotary Scotland has secured several large projects in line with its growth strategy. This week sees a move to new premises in Livingstone to facilitate the current and planned expansion. Rotary are currently recruiting engineers and envisage 35 new jobs will be created by this new expansion, not taking into account the positive effect this will also bring to its supply chain and their business.
Specialising in mechanical and electrical building services, the company is part of the giant Australian Engineering Hastie Group with an annual turnover of $1.7 billion dollars. Rotary provides services to a host of blue chip clients in the finance, retail, commercial and industrial sectors as well as education and healthcare.
Rotary Northern regional managing director, Jon Dunwell, said the company has a strong order book and large pipeline of future work: “Whilst the economy continues to be slow, we are best placed in the industry with work across all sectors ensuring that we will have sustained and controlled growth in line with our business plan.
“We restructured the business in October last year to allow a sustained growth taking on key individuals well known within the industry. Luis Soto the Director responsible for Rotary and its plans in Scotland has brought renewed focus to the region and we are confident that with his continued efforts and that of his team, we will substantially grow the Scotland business and achieve our goal of becoming one of the Premier Building Service Contractors in the region.”
