DM Hall, one of Scotland's leading independent firms of Chartered Surveyors, has strengthened its Commercial Property team with four new appointments across Scotland, demonstrating its commitment to remain at the forefront of the Scottish Property industry.
These appointments will ensure continued delivery of its multi-disciplined range of professional services across the whole country.
In Aberdeen, the Commercial Valuation team has been bolstered with the arrival of Stuart Johnston, joining the firm as a Director from CBRE. A further appointment has been made in the Aberdeen region, with Associate Trevor Morgan joining the Commercial Agency team, also from CBRE.
Justin Beveridge has joined the firm's Edinburgh Commercial Agency team as an Associate, adding to an already strong Commercial team in the East. In the central belt, Anthony Zdanowicz, previously of J&E Shepherd, has been appointed to the commercial team at DM Hall's Hamilton office, to cover Lanarkshire and South West Scotland.
Keith Jones, a senior partner of DM Hall, said: "There is an appreciably greater degree of activity in Scotland's commercial property markets than there was this time six months ago and these new appointments have been made to meet the growing demand we have been seeing from our clients. If this is interpreted as a positive sign of revival, then that can only be a good thing.
"It is too soon to know at what pace the market will develop, but as a firm we favour taking every opportunity to invest in the future and these appointments reflect that belief."
