Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has been instructed by Ore Valley Housing Association to market office and business space within the new Lochgelly Business Centre development in the heart of Lochgelly.

Featuring a modern contemporary design, the building is currently under construction and due for completion before the end of this year.

John Bankhead, Management Partner at Shepherd, said: “Lochgelly Business Centre is designed to minimise its environmental impact by utilising smart design features. It will form a cornerstone of the ongoing regeneration of Lochgelly town centre.


“Office and business space will be available to let on flexible terms to new and existing businesses. The suites will vary in size from 20 sq m up to 90 sq m. There will also be an attractive entrance/reception area and various meeting rooms within the building. The development, which offers good on-site car parking facilities, will be finished to a high specification.”

Lochgelly Business Centre is well placed for good road links via the A92 dual carriageway to the Scottish motorway network. There is a railway station in Lochgelly with a regular service to the surrounding Fife centres of employment and Edinburgh.
