Knight Frank's building consultancy team in Aberdeen has completed the project monitoring of a new office and workshop in Thainstone, Inverurie for Zenith Oilfield Technology Ltd.

The new facility provides a total of 13,750 sq ft of office and workshop space, including a test pit, laboratory space, washbay and external storage.

Knight Frank provided a multi-disciplinary service to Zenith by preparing the designs and specifications for the facility and thereafter the Aberdeen agency team carried out a full market search to identify a preferred site and developer to construct the building before agreeing the commercial terms of the lease.


The team also acted as a project monitor to oversee the construction of the facility and manage the fit out to Zenith's requirements.

"The facility will provide a bespoke working environment for Zenith to continue their business as leaders in downhole monitoring and completion systems."
