The one-stop-shop for local people includes a new housing office and is home to a range of community groups.
Local people can access a range of council services at the Access Point, along with social and recreational facilities including computers to surf the internet and a café to enjoy refreshments.

Woodside Access Point, which serves the residents of Woodside, Hilton and Tillydrone, is the third to open in the city, following Mastrick and Kincorth.
The Lord Provost said: "I am delighted to be opening the latest of our access points and handing it over to the local community.
"The facilities in Woodside are first rate and raise the bar to a new level when it comes to delivering for our communities. I am sure they will be much appreciated by local people and will make it easy for everyone to access council services in very pleasant and welcoming surroundings."
