With one major contract completed, a leading air conditioning installation business is pressing ahead with the final stages of another prestigious development.
B-DACS (Air Conditioning Services) Ltd - which is based in Uddingston, Lanarkshire - has finished one in Kilmacolm and are in the process of completing the other at Gleneagles.
It is said to be the one of the most expensive property developments in Scotland, at around £9m.
"We installed Mitsubishi Heat Recovery VRF systems into both properties," explained Brian Drummond, the busy firm's Managing Director.
"This enables each area/room to be individually temperature controlled by utilising heat recovery technology.
"Basically free heat can be used from warm areas in the property and transferred into areas where heat is required," he explained.
"This ensures that the energy consumption is minimised. All equipment used is inverter driven and energy efficient."
Both properties are luxury, state-of-the art residential homes with 22 internal air con units installed at the Kilmacolm property and 20 internal units being installed at the Gleneagles property.
B-Dacs specialises in air conditioning installation, servicing and maintenance of air conditioning equipment throughout Scotland and the North of England.
"B-DACS is a small company that thinks big, with a continually growing customer base due to the commitment, advice and bespoke service we have provided since our formation in 2003.
"With low overheads, we are able to provide good quality products and excellent personal service at a very competitive price," concluded Mr Drummond.
