About Access Fobs Limited
We are Access Fobs, a small family run business based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Our main business for the last 20 years has been car mechanics, and still is, but like everything else we have had to move with the times, and our work over the years has evolved into car auto electrics, which includes;

We are continually seeking ways to improve our programming service through investment in training and innovation, using up to date technical key-cutting equipment and utilising the most recent programming software.
Over the years we have expanded our knowledge and incrementally increased our product range. We now have a buoyant Online store and are proud suppliers of high quality car keys, blades, cases and transponder chips.
We only stock keys we are able to programme ourselves, as this allows us to better support our customers. We are not mobile, but have built up excellent links with Auto Locksmiths up and down the country.

We offer programming services for all our keys. We are not mobile and you would need to bring your vehicle to us in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. If you would like us to programme your key please contact us for a price and to book in.
Tips for Car Key Cutting and Programming:
- Always have your car keys cut and programmed by a qualified auto locksmith.
- Remember, synchronizing a remote to unlock the car is not the same as programming the key to start the engine.
- It's a good idea to consult with a locksmith before purchasing a key. They can help determine if it’s more cost-effective to supply your own key or buy one directly from them.
- We recommend choosing a local independent locksmith. Main dealers often don’t program aftermarket keys and have limited software, whilst independent locksmiths typically have access to a wide range of programming machinery.
