Each timber frame kit we have manufactured has been bespoke, a unique creation tailored to meet the exact requirements of the self-builder or house builder. Accredited to international standards with ISO 9001:2015, we have earned a stellar reputation for the quality of our work.

When your kit is ready for the manufacturing process, you will be assigned a dedicated point of contact from our technical team. This expert will manage the translation of your design into full construction drawings, ready for pre-fabrication in our factory. At every stage of the process, a dedicated team member will be available to answer your questions and guide you through each step.

Erect
Looking for timber frame erection services for self-build? Our erection services are carried out by a select team of Ecotherm Homes’ accredited timber frame erectors with proven track records, experienced in erecting our timber frame products to the highest standard.

Our services range from structural erect to a wind and watertight service, depending on your needs. If you already have your own team of erectors, we also offer a ‘supply only’ option.

Ecotherm Homes offers comprehensive planning and building warrant services, guiding you through every step of your self-build project.

From initial consultations and bespoke house drawings to site surveys, drainage design, and full planning and warrant submissions, our experienced architectural team ensures a seamless process. We handle the technical aspects, including SAP energy calculations and structural designs, while keeping you informed throughout.

Once planning and warrant approvals are in place, we support you during construction, helping with any required amendments and ensuring all regulations are met for the final Completion Certificate.
