HPC Laser Ltd was established in 2007 when the need for high quality reasonably priced CO2 laser engraver and cutting machines was recognised.
Since that time we have supplied over 7000 machines throughout the UK and overseas, into just about every possible application you can imagine to some of the biggest names in technology, industry and education (see our Manchester University Case Study).

Unlike some of our competitors, HPC Laser are not simply “box openers” that import the cheapest overseas equipment and sell on at maximum profit, only to then close down when existing customers begin to need service and support. Because of the ease in which machines can be imported from overseas and easily sold throughout the UK we have seen this happen many times since we have been in business.

During our time in business we have worked tirelessly with our suppliers to continually develop our machines to remain at the forefront of quality, safety and value for money. All of our cabinet CO2 laser machines are CE compliant and categorised as class 1 laser systems meaning the laser radiation is unable to escape from the machine cabinet during normal operation.

This is the only type of CO2 laser machine recommended for use in education by the UK Health and Safety Executive.

CO2 Laser Cutting/Engraving
Our range of CO2 laser cutting machines & engraving machines are assembled in West Yorkshire using only the highest quality components. Their incredible flexibility and low price makes them perfectly suited for a huge array of applications.

CNC Router Machines
Our range of Laserscript CNC routers are assembled and tested in Halifax, West Yorkshire using only the highest quality components.

Each machine comes with an impressive specification with a host of optional extras available such as vacuum beds, uprated spindle motors, toolchange options and safety enclosures.

As with all of our products, delivery, onsite installation and training are available and purchase of one of our machines entitles you to lifetime e mail and telephone technical support.

Fibre Laser Metal Cutting Machines
Our vast experience in the supply of fiber laser cutting machines makes us your ideal partner for our wide range of metal cutting solutions. Our fleet of fiber laser cutter models is highly specified and extremely competitively priced.

We offer customised and tailored solutions upon request, including options for additional safety and security features such as integrated light curtains and pressure mats. With a team of highly experienced nationwide engineers, we are on hand to assist when we’re needed.

Laser Engraving Machines
HPC Laser offer a range of “Galvo” laser engravers in both CO2 and fibre formats for incredibly fast and accurate engraving of metallic and non-metallic items.

Our fibre laser engravers, also known as laser markers, will mark both coated and uncoated metals without the need for a marking compound. Our CO2 laser engravers are perfectly suited for marking plastics, woods, coated metals. Additionally, they will engrave uncoated metals with the use of a ceramic marking compound.

Galvo laser engravers usually have a small marking area, typically up to 200mm x 200mm but their incredible speed and accuracy must be seen to be believed.

Fibre Laser Welding Machines
The HPC Laser range of LSW fibre laser welding, cutting and cleaning machines are the latest in laser metalworking technology. A single 2kW or 3kW unit offers the operator incredible flexibility in laser welding through either a handheld gun or a surface mount gun suitable for automation and robotic applications.
