Metal Roof Coating
Metalseal is the original BBA Approved metal roof refurbishment system from Liquasil.

More than just a roof paint, our metal roof refurbishment system includes cut edge corrosion treatment as standard. A single-coat application is guaranteed for 25 years.

The semi-gloss, self-levelling finish and performance of Metalseal is far superior to any other industrial roof coating available in the UK today.

Asbestos Roof Coating
Asbestoseal was the UK’s first dedicated asbestos roof refurbishment system and is ideal for refreshing and prolonging the life of aged asbestos cement roofs.

More than just roof paint, Asbestoseal is a full system designed by Chartered Building Surveyors to tackle the common issues that affect asbestos cement roofs.

Cut Edge Corrosion Treatment
Flexlap was the first stand-alone treatment for cut edge corrosion to gain BBA Approval in the UK.

It was also the first to include an anti-corrosion primer used to prevent further rusting of the substrate.

Made for the specification market, the Flexlap system is usually a fraction of the price of its competitors, yet is far superior in terms of performance.

The Liquasil Gutterseal System is suitable for metal, cast iron, concrete and asbestos cement gutters.
