With over 20 years of industry experience delivering projects of all scales across Scotland and the UK, ARKONIX has the experience to successfully deliver your project. We are fully insured.
Our owner, Derek Wilson, is a Chartered member of CIAT - the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.
ARKONIX is a CIAT Chartered practice.

We have designed and managed many 'one-off bespoke houses', house extensions and alterations over the years, and we understand that taking such a huge step is a significant investment.
We will meet you and listen to your needs, and using our design and delivery expertise, we will work with you to ensure the best result is achieved, within budget, maximising the opportunity.
Once the design is 'frozen', we can then submit and all necessary permissions, as well as offering a comprehensive construction pack that will allow your builder to deliver the project. Our services can be tailored to match your requirements.
