I am in an ongoing dispute with srn about faulty windows, back door water damage to my back living room window and cracked down the wall they have come ot to do repairs and just made things worse phone calls emails letter all ignored sine 6th June this year contacted Mr Sean Nisbet by letter still no response they have had letters from Scottish consumers sent also and they still havent responded they are just ignoring the problems. I have a 10 year guarantee for them. Its time this company took responsibility for their shoddy work. I dont intend to give up until this matter is resolved.I sent a recorded delivery letter directly to Sean Nisbit and if he doesnt respond I will be taking it further. I have no faith in this company at all. I want this matter resolved ASAP by them. I also would not recommend them to anyone. This has been the worst experience I have ever had this has been ongoing since the beginning its been a fiasco from start to finish nearly 2 years

Very bad experience with them. They replaced our old good roof with a faulty new one on 20/03/2020. When I saw the roof I complained about it. Months later they sent someone who said it was just an aesthetic problem. It was not. I sent a complaint on 25/04/2023 explaining about water leaks and water damages and another with a technical report on 10/07/2023 with all the issues with this roof which are a few. However, they are incapable and unwilling to solve the problem despite the 10 year warranty they even gave me on paper. They are clearly trying to avoid their responsibility and liability.
