Products

Dust extraction
Baghouse dust collectors have been used for industrial dust collection for over 50 years, providing a full range of solutions from nuisance dust to extremely heavy dust loads, bin venting and product reclaim.

Bag filters are used for collection of dry, free-flowing dust; typically dust that enters by suction or positive pressure into the hopper from the dust-laden air. When this air travels across the filter media, the dust is retained on the filter element and the clean air passes through. The bags are periodically cleaned by the reverse pulse jet type method.

Fume extraction
EDS Scotland provide a wide range of ergonomically designed flanged exhaust hoods, which incorporates universal joints allowing the hood to rotate and pivot in all directions. Hoods designed in this way allow the operator to position the hood for optimum extraction, increasing the ease of working and productivity.

Extractor fans and filters
Bag filters are used for the collection of dry, free-flowing dust from an extraction system and are a fundamental accessory to your system as they ensure the dust is collected safely and cleanly. When the air passes across the filter of the extraction system, the dust is retained inside the filter element and the air passes through. EDS Scotland stocks most filter spares and bags which can usually be dispatched the same day.

High Vacuum Systems
Containing fumes and dust from your extraction system, our high vacuum systems can be designed and tailored to suit the size and scale of your business operations to ensure it works effectively for you.
Our specialists offer consultancy to establish your needs, design to create your perfect vacuum system, and installation, so we’ll be with you from concept to completion. We also supply spares and parts should your existing system require them.

PU Flexible Hoses and Clips
EDS Scotland offer a wide selection of PU flexible hoses and clips for next working day delivery. All of our hoses and clips are in-stock, in our Callander base so you don’t need to worry about your order coming from an external party and taking longer than expected.

The hoses are blue coated spiral helix, trapped between two layers of crystal clear flexible polyurethane. They have a temperature tolerance of 40 to 90ºc and are suited to extraction of abrasive particles, oil and petrol fumes.
