A bathroom and kitchenette in my house scheduled to be completed in August 2024 has been left an unfinished worksite with no schedule offered to resolve. The majority of the job has been subcontracted and minimal communication from Bagnodesign to the subcontractors has left the project at a standstill. Duncan Heeles has promised weekly that it will be completed soon, however, deadlines have been unmet.

Duncan Heeles demanded payment swiftly and upfront and is now dragging his feet to complete, leaving my house a construction site.

This review will be updated should action be taken.

Quality ! Quality! Quality! Add all that to Professionalism and Style and you have Bagno Design Glasgow. We first saw them atThe Ideal Home Show at The Scottish Exhibition Centre attracted by the beauty and quality of the bathrooms highlighted. Attentive and informed staff were able to engage with our needs for a modest replacement shower room.Within three weeks it was installed ! Competent experienced fitters were meticulous and proud of their work.The whole experience from start to finish was seamless with interaction from sales ,design and workmanship to ensure a perfect fit..All within a limited budget... we sure have luxury way beyond our original ideas.
