Our press tool making equipment includes:

• Large capacity CNC lathe, long bed quick programming for one-offs or small batch work
• 3 Axis CNC Vertical Machining centre with 12 station tool changer small batch & high volume work
• 3 Axis CNC vertical milling machine with 1.5 metre travel for accurate long items
• Jones & Shipman 540 grinder with Optidress, for precision grinding of hardened steels
• We have recently purchased a Doosan Lynx 300 lathe with bar feed and live tooling, capable of milling and turning finished items from bar stock
• This in conjunction with our Daewoo puma 230 complete with bar puller allows us to offer un-matched turnaround times on parts no matter the quantity
