Unfortunately the granite I ordered arrived scratched. The delivery boy stood in the corner where the scratch was, we never noticed until they left. We called to let the company know. We didn’t want a replacement slab we just wanted them to hide it as best as they could. Unfortunately the only way apparently they can do this is with a sharpie pen, which is far from perfect and still very visible. Instead of a simple apology, the staff member Scott who came out blamed the builders for the scratch, who had already left hours before the granite had arrived. I complained about this and was told the owner of the company would contact me, a month on I’m still waiting for this phone call!
If you do use this company thoroughly check your worktops as they will refuse any responsibility when they’ve left.

Just had our silestone worktops fitted by 2 fitters. The work was completed efficiently with no mess. The fitters gave advice about caring for the worktops and were overall friendly and efficient. I am very pleased with my worktops and would recommend Granite Systems.
