And because we are independent, we can offer products from any manufacturer to get you the best price.

DESIGN
Our design team have years of knowledge and experience across a broad range of industries. From University test facilities and UK Nuclear power plants to one of the worlds leading confectionery manufacturers, we have helped designed systems for a diverse spectrum of customers.

We offer full 3D capacity to compliment the design and layout of your new system and enable you to envisage what the finished product will be.

BUILD
At Advanced Hydraulics HQ, our purpose built factory is fully equipped and our highly skilled engineers offer a dedicated service.

Varying in size and complexity from 30 litre units to 2000 litre, 90kW units capable of 300l/m, every power pack is built to our own high expectations and standards.

We offer full certification in accordance with our ISO procedures and can accommodate F.A.T requirement.

INSTALLATION
Our team provide a professional, efficient service, liaising with the Project Leader to assess and understand factors such as location, aesthetics, accessibility and cleanliness, along with flushing and pressure testing of the new system.

COMPONENT SUPPLY
If you just need to replace a part, we also offer component supply. From single valves to multiple part requirements, we can help.

With our knowledge and expertise, not only will we provide a like for like price we may also be able to offer a more updated, cost effective alternative.

REPAIR AND UPGRADE

MAINTENANCE
We understand breakdowns cost time and money, which is why we strive to get your machinery back up and running as quickly as possible should a breakdown occur.

Our engineers have experience working with a wide range of hydraulic equipment in various industries which gives us the knowledge and skills to fault find and rectify. In addition to having access to many ex-stock spares we can provide a quick response to your breakdown.

To reduce the risk of breakdowns occurring we also offer service contracts to keep your machinery running smoothly.

Following an inspection of the system, our service schedule would be tailored to your needs, based on the type of equipment and duty cycles, and recommendations provided for preventative maintenance.
