Although the plumbing work seems to be in good order. (so far, so good), Stuart offered some vinyl for the floor in my new cloakroom toilet and I accepted at a cost of £30. However, he was not up to the job and made a mess of it and has not returned the £30 despite being asked on several occasions. I am a pensioner and feel I have been taken the mick out of.
