Rapid Response Property Maintenance

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! COWBOY COMPANY!!

I assure you never ever use this company. It is a complete cowboy company. I bought a house that was previously a rental as the sellers lived in Australia and estate agents were managing the letting side. When I purchased the property I was advised it had a dampness problem but had a full new flat felt roof done on the property the year before. After buying the house I noticed I was still getting a lot of dampness from the roof. I called a roofer and they came out and told me the company HAD USED GARDEN SHED FELT AND NAILED IT DOWN!! I was astonished, as was the roofer. After making further investigations I found it was Rapid Response Property Maintenance Ltd who carried out the works and they had a guarantee. The company failed to even respond to any of my calls or letters. THIS COMPANY IS A COWBOY COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT FIT TO CARRYOUT WORKS AND WILL LEAVE YOU OUT OF POCKET AND REQUIRING REMEDIAL WORKS.
