Outlook double glazing. Good service from the two Robert’s father and son. My windows had blowing in due to storm. Had a company who cancel my appointment after they said they would come on that day. Manage to get Robert who arrive that day both of them where very professional and told me they would fix my windows for me right away I was very glad as my windows was being held shut with tape and wood. Also they managed to repair my front door for me too.I have no hesitation in recommending outlook glazing to anyone .

A repair to a window that wouldn’t open was carried out promptly and efficiently by Outlook. Staff were courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

After having bad experiences with tradesmen in the past (cowboy builder and shoddy tiler), we were a bit nervous about getting our tilt & turn windows repaired as we knew nothing about them! To play safe, we asked 3 companies to come out and give us quotes, but we needn't have bothered. Hugh and his team proved to be thorough, professional and reliable. When Hugh came out initially, he actually fixed a couple of windows which were slightly out of alignment, saving us money. He was very thorough in checking each of our windows, and he provided us with a full breakdown of the work we needed. His two engineers arrived on time, they were very clean and professional and they took time to show us the fixes they had carried out on each of our windows so we were satisfied with the work. They really have done a fantastic job, and it will save us money on our heating bills as our windows now close properly! We''ll definitely be recommending you to our friends and family!

Would highly recommend "Outlook Double Glazing Repairs" for prompt and courteous service. From first contact with Hugh McLachlan to visit by John McEwan who immediately resolved long standing problem with Tilt and Glide patio door by fixing runner on track and realigning door. ( He was even kind enough to demonstrate proper method of opening and closing the door and ensured we were familiar with this by making us demonstrate it to him! ) All-round good experience from first visit to this Company and price very reasonable too.

I contacted Outlook Double Glazing to get a quote to replace 3 misted units and a broken handle. I was delighted with the quote I was given. It was a lot cheaper than I had expected. The men promptly came to do the repairs. They were very professional. The job was done in no time and there was no mess at all. I am extremely pleased with the results and would, without hesitation recommend this company to anyone.

Had a broken hinge on our UPVC front door. I contacted Outlook and a few other companies. Outlook were the only company that would come and fix the door although the other companies websites claimed that they would fix broken hinges on door. Outlook replaced both hinges and the door is back to working fine. I would have no hesitation in recommending Outlook to other customers.

Had a window that would not unlock and was expecting Hugh to see what was wrong and have to come back but he was able to fix it there and then. Would highly recommend.

Hugh and his team done repair work for me many years ago, back then there was no feedback system! I recently needed his service to repair my front door and side panel. It's with pleasure that I can now praise him, John Snr & John Jnr for their professionalism and workmanship. Job was done quickly with no mess and very reasonably priced. I'm highly delighted and would highly recommend.
