Property Repair were appointed by my insurance company. From start to finish they were a joy. Such a well structured bunch. From my first call to insurer they were out within 48 hours, their surveyor arrived in a Property Repair Land Rover, was smartly dressed and knowledgeable. The loss adjuster approved the scope of works and the work was started 7 days later. My bathroom and kitchen were removed, floors and walls replaced, tiles and base units replaced, rooms plasterers and painted and completed to such a high standard. Very impressed and will use them again for anything in my house.

I live in Fairmilehead. I was flooded in December by my upstairs neighbour on Christmas Eve!! I quickly searched for Builders covering Fairmilehead area and found Property Repair. Their office were really friendly and calmed me down. They then dealt with my insurance company and then met with the loss adjuster (mr grumpy) at my flat. The Property Repair guys that carried out the work were just great and clearly know there stuff and do this sort of thing every day. Well dressed in company uniform and extremely polite, not what one usually expects. The work was completed on time with a 2 year guarantee and now I have a fresh new Hall, Kitchen and Lounge. From start to finish really happy and will use them again.

Really Happy with my Drawing Room further to the recent works completed by Property Repair. Our 32m2 Lath & Plaster ceiling collapsed including the majority of our ornamental cornice. Not through water damage but due to its age, almost 200 years old! Property Repair were appointed by my wife and I and they commenced a week later. They were extremely polite and professional and protected my house while getting to work replacing the huge cornice and ceiling. Really Likeable and Professional Team from the Office to the Trade Staff. Will Recommend at every opportunity.

Property Repair were a delight to deal with. Professional and genuinely friendly - which is an underestimated quality in a trade where you put your faith in the experience and know how of the contractor. When I needed a quick and very flexible approach to a kitchen expansion Property Repair reacted both with speed and also understanding that we could not close the kitchen during trading hours. They scheduled the work in a logical sequence, suggesting aspects that could be carried out away from site and were then installed after the kitchen closed each day - with minimum impact to trading times. The work was carried out on time and on budget and after each session the kitchen space was left in a clean and workable condition ready for the next morning.
