this is a formal complaint as this work process is badly underway badly managed lots of damage I haven’t attached all the pictures of all the problems that as arise . 1 my pvc replaced its not been seal and working on they scratched and full of cement the other part that wasn’t removed . 2 seals around the windows it’s not been done in a professional way it looks like have done my self without exsperience 3 cement all over my balcony and rails and gate 4 my extraction fan in kitchen for ventilation the plastic protection has been removed letting all the cement and stones inside ( not working anymore now ) 5 I have to install a temporary light to avoid breaking my bones as the lighting very poor does not reach my end and health and safety hazard 6 amount of rubbish left every 7 no protection to any drains so stone are been curry inside all the drains . 8 they use a cleaning product that stain my balcony . This work as caused lots of damage at end of this works I require: repaint and remove all cement that has caused damaged in my balcony and gate rails . Re install the plastic in my vent included inside as now now is not working anymore . Clear all the areas ASAP
I had a word with other homeowners And are not happy either and causing damage to them too .

Would have given no stars if possible. This worst company Ive ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Staff lie and dont care about your property when working on your house. Have broken my cameras off the wall, broken storage boxes, lots of plant pots. The have left my driveway covered in debris, windows scratched, window sills scratched and dented. I cant even open my French doors fully now. They have replaced parts of the guttering and downpipes 4 times now and still not right! Never screwed down the ridge unions on the roof properly. Workmanship and quality very poor. If you challenge them they blame somebody else. Foreman Jim Kelly lies about everything. Save yourself the misery, use another builder! Weve had 6 months of hell!
