4 months so far without heating. Came out in April. Heating stopped again the same day. Called numerous times for them to come back out, but always an excuse - we have passed your details to the engineer. the engineer dealing with you is on holiday. We have lost your detail. Complete joke. Just send someone out to fix this. Its now August and had no hot water or heating all this time. Stay clear

Wish to thank Hi Flow for fixing my boiler they where very professional it what they do especially the engineer who did all the work this was not a problem for him he was very calm all though had to visit a few days but got problem SORTED Thanks to Martin
